Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Range Waiver service (the “Service”), operated by SaaSMosaic LLC (“SaaSMosaic,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) at rangewaiver.com and app.rangewaiver.com. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the SaaSMosaic master Terms, to which Range Waiver is a product. To the extent of any direct conflict between this page and the SaaSMosaic master Terms, the SaaSMosaic master Terms control.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at sales@saasmosaic.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Fees and Payment

Range Waiver is offered on a freemium basis. Plan tiers, fees, billing cycles, and overage rates are described on the pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. All fees are exclusive of taxes, which you are responsible for paying where required by law. Subscriptions are administered through Stripe; you authorize SaaSMosaic to charge your payment method for the amounts shown at checkout.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to disrupt or compromise the Service; (c) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code; (d) resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent; or (e) use the Service to transmit malware, harassing content, or content that infringes the rights of others.

5. Customer Content

You retain all rights to content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”), including signed waivers, photos, signatures, and identification information collected from end-customers (your signers). You grant SaaSMosaic a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and consents to submit Customer Content and to collect end-customer information through the Service.

6. Liability Disclaimer

Use of the Service is additionally subject to the SaaSMosaic Liability Disclaimer and Service Agreement (the “Disclaimer”), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Disclaimer addresses inherent risks, as-is/as-available status, indemnification, and the limitation of SaaSMosaic's liability.

7. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure or events outside our reasonable control.

8. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through the in-product Customer Portal or by emailing sales@saasmosaic.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. SaaSMosaic does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSMosaic’s aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to SaaSMosaic for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. In no event will SaaSMosaic be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Alabama.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or by an in-product notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
